How is private utility locating different from 811?
811 covers publicly owned utilities up to the meter and is required by state law before any excavation — that responsibility stays with the customer. We handle the privately owned lines 811 does not mark: irrigation, lighting, secondary feeds, abandoned conduits, and everything past the meter. We are a complement to 811, not a replacement.
How fast can you respond?
It depends on the site. For most projects we'll do a quick site visit first, provide a quote, then schedule field work and office drafting around your timeline. Emergency dispatch is available for active strikes and tight construction windows — call us and we'll work it out.
What deliverables do I get?
Surface marking on-site with paint and flags, plus a written report — site sketch, PDF, or KMZ for Google Earth, depending on what fits the job.
Do you work on residential properties?
Yes. We handle backyards, driveways, pools, and additions with the same care as our commercial work.
Are you insured?
